Jan George Pieterse
Org founded Prime Edge Engineering following more than four decades of leadership across engineering and capital project environments, where performance, safety and commercial discipline were non-negotiable.
Holding a BEng (Agric) from the University of Pretoria and having completed the Advanced Executive Programme through UNISA SBL, his career spans senior project leadership within ARMSCOR’s Aircraft Division and long-term capital programme management in the mining sector.
He is known for disciplined scope definition, early risk identification and maintaining control of technically complex deliverables. His expertise in water infrastructure and large-scale industrial systems has shaped a structured delivery approach built on accountability and steady progress.
His leadership has been formally recognised, including commendation at the 2017 CESA Engineering Excellence Awards for a water treatment project under his direction.
Maria Pieterse
Maria holds a BTech from Tshwane University of Technology and gained international corporate experience while working in Beijing within structured business environments focused on communication, coordination and information management.
As an entrepreneur, she developed strong operational discipline, client engagement capability and accountability-driven systems thinking. At Prime Edge Engineering, she applies that experience to maintain clarity in documentation, structured communication and disciplined project coordination across regional and international engagements.
Her role reinforces the company’s organised, responsive and digitally integrated delivery model.
